Children's Fiction

Rufus C. Carter enjoys writing. Rufus Carter began his journey as a children's book author with his first book, Granddaddy and the Bear in 2020.  His second book, One Happy Cat, was released in 2021.  Mr. Carter has written over 40 songs in last 50 years. He is a loving husband, father, and grandfather who enjoys fishing, gardening, playing the piano, watching his beloved Washington Nationals, and spending time with his grandsons.
